The purpose of the present Terms and Conditions (hereafter ‘Terms’) is to define the terms and conditions under which you can use our products and services.
MONITOR’s main activity is to provide a remote monitoring service which show the latest picture and data from your device on website https://monitor.uedasoft.com, https://monitor3.uedasoft.com, and to some accessory sub-domains such as https://atelierueda.uedasoft.com, or through its mobile application (hereafter ‘Services’).
MONITOR’s policy for respecting the privacy of its users elevates to a very high requirements level. Our commitments for protecting your personal data can be read here. In general, MONITOR does not collect personal data from the typical use of its Services.
Processing of information requests as well as the registration of certain Services may however require that users communicate some personal data such as their name, first name, contact info and e-mail address. This data is collected and processed by MONITOR for the following purposes:

- - Management of delisting requests and requests associated with the right to access, rectify and delete personal data;
